📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and impact.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage with stakeholders and promote our organization's work.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on stakeholder engagement matters.
• Represent the organization at external events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, community relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
