Dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager - Bali (Travel Opportunities)

Royal Org is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our team in Bali and drive strategic growth. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll manage a high-performing team, develop innovative marketing strategies, and explore exciting travel opportunities both locally and internationally. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth, building strong client relationships, and leveraging digital marketing tools to achieve sales targets.

In this role, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth. You'll manage campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp. You'll also conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and work with our creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a high-performing team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and develop data-driven insights.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel and business purposes.
