📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the seafood industry.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage client accounts, including tracking performance and ensuring account goals are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Participate in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales management team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in seafood quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
