Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the long-term growth and success of the mining division.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including mining activities, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of mining professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and government agencies.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of mining operations.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events, building relationships and enhancing the company's reputation.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through continuous process improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the mining industry, with a proven track record in executive leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
