📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement cyber security awareness programs tailored to the needs of our banking operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate employees on best practices for identifying and mitigating cyber threats.
• Monitor and analyze security incidents to identify trends and vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the effective implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cyber security and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and make recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in incident response activities and provide expert guidance to resolve security issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security awareness and training, preferably in the banking sector.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, tools, and technologies, including SIEM systems, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and train employees effectively.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cyber security awareness programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
