📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and oversee the company's data architecture, ensuring it supports the organization's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, database schemas, and data integration strategies.
• Leverage big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka to build scalable and resilient data pipelines.
• Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor and optimize data infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data architecture and engineering teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and big data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and database design.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data architectures for large-scale, data-driven organizations.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling and data vault.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
• Certifications in data architecture, such as TOGAF or CDA, are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
