📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily credit and collections operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 Credit and Collections Officers, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Implement and monitor credit policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve debt recovery rates and collections efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve complex credit issues and disputes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze credit data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in our credit and collections processes.
• Ensure all credit and collections activities align with our sustainability and environmental responsibility commitments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the sustainable finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with credit management software like Salesforce or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of credit and collections officers.
