📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all incoming payments using QuickBooks or SAP.
• Track and resolve any discrepancies in payments to maintain financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues promptly.
• Generate regular reports on accounts receivable performance and trends.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
