📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage people-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and translate them into project requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure that people-related projects are integrated with broader HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, status meetings, and presentations.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure project impact and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management and people operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, particularly in people-related projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
