As a Junior Inbound Tour Executive, you'll be the heart of our inbound tour operations. You'll handle everything from booking confirmations to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You'll work closely with our team to coordinate tours, manage guest inquiries, and ensure that our guests leave with wonderful memories of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound tour bookings, including confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth tour operations, including transportation, guides, and accommodations.
• Manage guest expectations and provide accurate information about tour packages, itineraries, and local attractions.
• Assist in the preparation of tour documents, including itineraries, maps, and guest lists.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our tour packages and attract new guests.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new tour ideas and improvements.
• Stay updated on local regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in the tourism industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, preferably in an inbound tour role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with travel management systems (TMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
