📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain project sites, ensuring they are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.,Oversee the daily operations of the site, including the coordination of resources, materials, and personnel.,Prepare and maintain site documentation, including health and safety plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.,Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide administrative support to project managers and site supervisors, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, contractors, and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or project management industry.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
