📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs for IMS Core technologies to Huawei employees and partners.,Mentor and coach junior trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IMS Core technologies and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.,Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.,Participate in cross-functional projects to drive innovation and improvement in training methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IMS Core technologies and training.,Proven track record of successfully training and mentoring technical staff.,Strong knowledge of IMS Core protocols, architectures, and applications.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications in IMS Core technologies are a plus.
