📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and have proper documentation.,Resolve any issues or conflicts related to fleet operations promptly and effectively.,Provide regular reports and updates on fleet status and performance to management.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
