As a KOL Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our properties and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identifying and recruiting potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the real estate sector.
• Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs to ensure their active participation in our marketing campaigns.
• Developing and implementing strategies to engage and influence KOLs to promote our properties and services.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of KOLs to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the marketing team on the progress and outcomes of KOL activities.
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align KOL strategies with overall business objectives.
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities to expand the reach and influence of our KOL network.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the real estate industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Bali is a plus.
• Passionate about real estate and committed to building long-term relationships with KOLs.
