PT Dinamika Nusa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing clients.,Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet sales targets and objectives.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.,Provide regular reports on client accounts to management.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote client products and services.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or account management field.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
