📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during peak hours.
  • Assist with any additional tasks as required by the store manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
