In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring our IT systems are running smoothly, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
