Mandiri Manufacturing is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waitress to join our team. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.,Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.,Provide recommendations for food and beverages based on customer preferences.,Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage menu items.,Familiarity with basic cash handling and transaction processing.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
