Agung Vera Fashion is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Kuta and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
