📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing vehicle operation and maintenance.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with drivers and other stakeholders.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
