Easy Prime Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Service professional to join our team in Pontianak. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.,Assist the kitchen staff in preparing food and maintaining inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the F&B service industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage preparation techniques.,Good knowledge of English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handling certificate.,Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
