Shop Central Abadi is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to manage and coordinate our fleet operations in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance. You will work closely with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet.
  • Schedule and dispatch vehicles according to operational needs.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
  • Ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
