📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Represent the company at various events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving branch performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
