📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of team members to ensure high performance and productivity.,Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.,Support the Team Leader in developing and implementing training programs for team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally as required by the business.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
