📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.,Monitor and control the company's expenses, ensuring they are in line with the budget and financial goals.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team and other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure the proper documentation of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget and forecast.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
