📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.

Maintain and update financial records and databases.

Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Assist in the preparation of invoices and other financial documents.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
