📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training new staff members and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Participate in shift rotations and be available for on-call duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
