📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial support to the operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial reporting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
