Belitung Sports Management (BSM) is seeking a dedicated Sports Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various sports events in Pangkalpinang. You will work closely with our team to ensure the success of these events and provide an unforgettable experience for participants and spectators.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize sports events, including tournaments, marathons, and fitness challenges.,Coordinate with event sponsors, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial transparency.,Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.,Promote events through various marketing channels to attract participants and spectators.,Ensure the safety and security of event participants and spectators.,Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging event content and social media presence.,Provide excellent customer service to event participants, sponsors, and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian sports events and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of basic marketing and promotional strategies.
