📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect project sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all project sites.,Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction with the project outcomes.,Conduct regular site meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficient in using project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
