In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of fleet maintenance personnel.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Respond to emergency situations and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
