📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Develop and implement guidance programs to support student development
• Conduct career counseling and guidance sessions
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in school guidance and counseling
• Report on student progress and program effectiveness to the school administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a School Guidance Counselor or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum
• Familiarity with counseling techniques and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
