Bay Royal Mandiri is seeking a Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record in financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
