Business Manager – Agricultural Commodities

PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa is a leading player in the agricultural commodity trading business in Indonesia, with a strong presence in Jakarta Selatan. We are looking for a Business Manager – Agricultural Commodities to develop and manage our trading operations, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality and service.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our agricultural commodity trading business, from sourcing and procurement to sales and distribution. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of our customers and achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand the agricultural commodity trading business.
• Oversee the procurement and sourcing of high-quality agricultural commodities from trusted suppliers.
• Manage and optimize the sales and distribution network to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the agricultural commodity trading industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the business.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the agricultural commodity trading industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a trading business.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, pricing, and supply chain management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
