📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and leading the team, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Support the implementation of team goals and objectives, providing guidance and training to team members.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
